1Club Eligibility & Registration
Am I eligible for 1Club membership?
If you are over 18 years old, and an Australian resident, you are eligible for 1 Club membership. 1 Club membership is available to individual customers, and is not available to Auto One staff, corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, trade customers or anyone other than an individual, unless Auto One provides prior written consent, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Which Auto One stores participate in 1Club?
When you present your 1Club account number, in addition to earning Credits when shopping online, you can earn on eligible purchases at the following participating Auto One Stores:
ACT: Auto One Belconnen
NSW: Auto One Castle Hill, Auto One Scone, Auto One Singleton and Auto One Waitara
SA: Auto One Port Augusta
VIC: Auto One Sunbury
WA: Auto One Albany, Auto One Armadale, Auto One Balcatta, Auto One Busselton and Auto One Midland
I do not currently hold any membership with Auto One, how can I become a member?
New Auto One customers can join 1Club by registering their details in-store or online at www.autoone.com.au. Registration is confirmed by email from Auto One.
Can I have more than one account as a 1Club member?
1Club membership is limited to one account per individual.
I am currently a member of Auto One Club, what will happen to my current membership?
The new Auto One loyalty program 1Club has superseded the previous Auto One Club Membership. At launch of the 1Club loyalty program (March 2025), existing Club Membership cardholders at participating stores will be enrolled into the 1Club program by Auto One. As an auto-enrolled Member, you will be notified of your enrolment by email (using your registered email stored by Auto One in conjunction with your preceding Club Membership).
Does anything from my old Auto One Club membership transfer to the new 1Club program?
The previous Auto One Club Membership provided members-only promotions and discounts on parts and services. The new 1Club program continues to offer member-exclusive promotions, but now also includes exciting new benefits such as:
- Earning reward credits and vouchers
- Exclusive member specials
- Bonus credit offers
- Free wiper fitment (in-store)
- Expert advice (in-store)
I am an auto-enrolled Member of 1Club, how can I change my communications preferences?
Manage marketing communications via the manage preferences links in our communications, or the 1Club member portal.
Program Communications about your 1Club account are required to service your membership. If you don’t want to receive these, you’ll need to cancel your membership via 1club@autoone.com.au. See the 1Club Terms and Conditions for more information.
What personal details do I need to provide to become a member of 1Club?
Mandatory personal details for registration include full name, email address and mobile phone number for identification purposes.
Other personal details, such as, birthday month, may be given, but are not mandatory.
As I become a 1Club member, when will my Account be created?
Your 1Club Account will be created immediately when you register.
Email validation may be required.
What information can I find in my 1Club account?
Your 1 Club account provides details of your earned credits, accessible rewards/vouchers, and any additional benefits.
How can I update my 1Club member details?
Members can update their details in-store, by logging in to their 1Club account, or by contacting the 1Club team at 1club@autoone.com.au.
When emailing, please provide your full name, the email address you registered with, and your mobile phone number to help us process your request quickly.
How can I cancel my 1Club membership?
You can cancel your 1Club membership at any time by emailing 1club@autoone.com.au.
If you cancel, you will no longer have access to member-only promotions and benefits, and you will no longer be eligible to earn Credits or earn or redeem Vouchers. Any existing Credits and Vouchers will be void and cannot be reinstated. See the 1Club Terms and Conditions for more information.
1Club Communications from Auto One
How can I unsubscribe from 1Club Marketing Communications?
Members can unsubscribe from 1Club Marketing Communications at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the end of any marketing email, this will also unsubscribe you from Auto One marketing emails.
If you opt out of Marketing Communications may not be eligible to participate in Member-exclusive offers, sales, discounts, and promotions.
How can I unsubscribe from 1Club's program communications?
1Club program email required to manage your Auto One 1Club Loyalty account (such as verification, points balances and vouchers). We send these emails only when necessary.
To cancel your membership, email 1club@autoone.com.au from the email address registered to your 1Club Account and include enough information for us to locate and verify your membership, such as:
- Your full name (required)
- Your registered email address (required if you are not emailing us from that address)
- Either your 1Club loyalty account number or the mobile number registered to your account
Important: Cancelling your 1Club membership is permanent. See 1Club T&Cs for more details about closing your account.
Earning 1Club Credits
How can I earn 1Club credits?
You earn Credits on eligible purchases when you:
- Make a transaction with Auto One in a Participating Store and are correctly identified as a Member at the time of purchase.
- Purchase with Auto One online (autoone.com.au) logged in and identified as a Member, placing an order for delivery, or placing an order for click and collect from a Participating Store.
- Purchase products using an Auto One gift card.
Can I earn 1Club credits with all my Auto One purchases – whether it’s online or in store?
You earn credits with Auto One online (autoone.com.au) and at participating stores (Auto One Waitara) on all eligible purchases including:
- Advertised promotions and in-store specials on the price paid (not the original RRP)
- Parts purchase
- Special orders
How many 1Club credits will I earn when making an eligible purchase?
Calculated on the net amount of a transaction (including GST and after any mark down pricing, discounts, vouchers, and refunds applied at point of purchase), eligible purchases will earn 5% credit ($0.05 for every $1.00 spent).
What will I not earn 1Club credits on?
You will not earn credits on:
- Purchase of Auto One gift cards.
Cost of delivery / shipping. - Cost of labour services as part of a fitment service
- Items where an additional non-advertised discount is applied at the point of purchase (including price-overrides, discount overrides or the application of Trade based pricing).
- The value of a Voucher redeemed in any transaction (where a purchase payment is split between Voucher and another payment method), credit is earned on the non-voucher portion only.
Do my 1Club credits expire?
Yes, credits expire 24 months after they are earned if not converted to a voucher. Expired credits are automatically removed from your 1Club account and credit balance.
If you are inactive for 24 consecutive months, not making a purchase or redeeming a voucher, credits in your account will automatically expire.
If I refunded my purchase with Auto One, will the credits be reversed from my account?
Where refunds are issued by Auto One, in accordance with the Auto One Returns Policy, the refunded transaction amount will be removed from eligible purchase history and the Credits earned with the original eligible purchase will also be deducted from the credit balance.
What will happen to my credits if I cancel my 1Club membership?
If you cancel your 1Club membership you forfeit any credits remaining in your 1Club account at the time of cancellation. Also if 1Club member Terms and Conditions are breached, and your membership is terminated by Auto One and any remaining Credit will be forfeited without compensation.
1Club Vouchers
How do I receive my 1Club voucher?
Credits are automatically converted to 1Club vouchers 24 hours after your credit balance reaches $10.
$10 vouchers will be automatically be generated digitally, and sent to you via email and available online by logging into your 1Club account and accessing your wallet.
Once a voucher is activated, members will receive an email with the voucher to be redeemed in participating stores or online.
What happens to the remainder of my credit balance when the voucher is issued?
Credits not converted to a voucher remain in your 1Club account unless or until your credit balance reaches the next $10 voucher or the credit expires (after 24 months).
Example: A Member earns $24 in Credit. A $20 Voucher will be automatically issued. $4 remains in the Member’s Account Credit balance.
How long is my 1Club voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 90 days.
Vouchers automatically expire at midnight, 90 days after they are issued. Voucher expiry dates are displayed on the digital voucher and in your 1 Club account. Expired vouchers are automatically removed from your 1 Club account.
How can I redeem my 1Club voucher?
You can redeem vouchers on eligible purchases online at autoneone.com.au or and in participating stores.
The redeemed voucher value will be deducted from the eligible net transaction (including GST and after any discounts and refunds are applied).
Any remaining part of an eligible purchase after the value of the voucher has been redeemed, must be paid via another payment method to complete the transaction.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on purchases of Auto One gift cards.
Can I use more than one voucher in one purchase?
Multiple vouchers can be redeemed in a single eligible transaction provided all vouchers are valid.
If I use a portion of my 1Club voucher value during a purchase, can I redeem the remaining amount later?
Unfortunately no, the full voucher amount must be used in one transaction. Any remaining amounts will be forfeited.
Once a voucher is redeemed either partially or in full, it cannot be reused, reissued or recredited.
If I refund a purchase made using a 1Club voucher, will I have my 1Club voucher refunded?
If you purchase an Auto One product (in full or part) using 1Club voucher(s), and return that product to receive a refund;
the voucher value originally used against the refunded purchase is forfeited.
No cash refund is applied to any redeemed voucher value and the voucher value is not re-issued.
Will I have access to my vouchers if I cancel my 1Club membership?
If you cancel your 1Club membership you forfeit any active vouchers and any voucher value remaining and unused at the time of cancellation.
