TERMS AND CONDITIONS EOFY 2026 CLEARANCE

GENERAL
Auto One Australia (Auto One Group), (ABN 49 003 820 291), consists of a Franchise network, predominately members who are independently owned and operated businesses.

Auto One Group, and it’s associated entities will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

All items listed as Clearance or limited stock, are only available while stocks last, and are sold on an ‘as is’ basis. Clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless faulty or doesn’t meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Auto One may vary these terms and conditions at any time during the Offer Period without notice. Auto One reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, amend, terminate, or withdraw the promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Please ensure you regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any variations.

AVAILABILITY
Due to the size of some items and / or the restricted space/ restricted goods delivery in some of our smaller regional and stores, not every Auto One carries or can deliver, the full range of the following:

  • Car care and accessories

  • Oil and filters

  • Batteries and electrical

  • Audio and dash cam

  • 4WD and touring

  • Spare parts

Offers are available online and in participating Auto One stores, subject to individual store trading hours. Discounts apply to selected products as marked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated. Auto One reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Offer Period at its discretion.

OFFICIAL DATE DETAILS
Runs from 00:01AEST on 10 June to 23:59 AEST on 30 June online and in-store, and is subject to Auto One Store Opening hours (Offer Period). Auto One reserves the right to change the Offer Period at any time (including, without limitation, extending the Offer Period) in its sole discretion.

SAFETY
Auto One wants you and your families to be safe. In relation to the following please note:

  • Batteries: Please reference the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) from each manufacturer, which provide critical information on the composition of lead acid batteries, the physical, health and environmental hazards associated with lead acid batteries, safe handling and storage, emergency procedures and disposal requirements.

  • Oils and Additives and Hazardous Chemicals: Please reference the Safety Data Sheet from each manufacturer, for information regarding Hazard identification, first aid measures, firefighting measures, accidental release measures, exposure control and personal protection.

PRICING
Our prices may vary depending on the store you have selected, due to freight and shipping charges.  All prices are inclusive of GST.  

  • Pricing and Promotion: As promoted in store and online, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, clearance item, discount or giveaway, unless expressly detailed by Auto One.

  • 1Club: Auto One Group 1Club members qualify for 5% credit on eligible items within the catalogue sale.

  • RRP: is the suggested retail price that a supplier/ manufacturer recommends that Auto One charge for a product.

  • Multi-buy: a volume-based promotion (e.g. buy-one-get-one-free)

  • Trade Pricing: may vary by Store and Account at the discretion of the Auto One Franchise Member. Trade pricing cannot be used in conjunction with the sale pricing.

TECHNOLOGY
The following terms apply where one of the following appears:

SUPERCHARGE BATTERY TRADE-IN OFFER DETAILS

1. Eligibility:
The Battery Trade-In offer is exclusively available to customers who are purchasing a new Supercharge car battery and trade in one old car battery per for a new Supercharge car battery during the above EOFY promotional period. This offer is applicable only at participating Auto One stores. No rain checks.

2. Trade-In Discount:
Participants in the offer are entitled to a $25 discount on their new Supercharge car battery purchase for each qualifying car battery traded in.

3. Offer Limitation:
Only one car battery is eligible for the trade-in discount for the purchase of each new Supercharge battery. Multiple traded batteries in a single transaction will not result in additional discounts.

4. Participating Auto One Stores:
This offer is valid only at participating Auto One stores. Customers are advised to verify the participation of their chosen store before attempting to redeem the offer. Stores contact information can be located here.

5. Trade-In Process:
To participate, customers must present their old car battery at the time of purchasing a new Supercharge car battery to receive the $25 discount.

6. Discount Application:
The $25 discount will be applied at the point of sale, reducing the total cost of the new Supercharge car battery purchase.

7. Non-Transferable:
The trade-in discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

8. Duration:
The offer is valid during the specified promotional period. Transactions outside this period will not be eligible for the trade-in discount.

9. Modification or Termination:
Auto One reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
