AUTO ONE CLICK & COLLECT IS A SERVICE WE PROVIDE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ALLOWING YOU TO:
- Shop at your own convenience
- Browse our great range of products available instore and online
- Order and reserve stock prior to arriving in store
- Collect your order in a timely manner that is faster than national shipping
- Our friendly staff will select the items and notify you so you can enjoy the speed and convenience of in-store pick up
Your order will usually be ready for pick up at your nominated store within 24 hours in metro areas. When your order is ready for collection, you'll get a notification via email.
To collect your order, bring in your
- Order Confirmation email (you can show us on your phone or tablet if you like)
- Photo I.D. (e.g. physical current driver's licence or passport)
- Credit card (credit card used to pay for the items online)
We have a growing range of products in our Click & Collect program, but many more products in store. Please contact your local store to purchase items not currently available for Click & Collect.
If you need to cancel or change your order you can call your nominated store directly on the number listed on the bottom of your order.
*All pickups are within business hours only. Orders received less than 4 hours before close of business may only be available the next business day.
** In the unfortunate event that your item will not be ready within the 4 hour time frame – we will contact you with further information regarding your click and collect process.
Auto One offers no guarantees that purchased items will be ready for collection within 24 hours. In some cases, items may need to be sourced from a warehouse or supplier, which may extend the collection timeframe. However, Auto One is committed to expediting the process and ensuring the shortest possible wait time for our customers.
HOW DO I CLICK & COLLECT AT AUTO ONE?
Add your selected item to your cart, remember Click & Collect products are marked with a Click & Collect symbol. You’ll be asked to select your preferred store.
When you have everything you need simply proceed to the checkout. Once you complete your checkout, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed at the store and you will receive an email when your goods are ready to collect!
Note: You will need to present the below items when you collect your order:
- A copy of your order confirmation email (You can print it out or just show us the email on your phone).
- Photo identification (physical ID) will need to be shown for purchases over $100. Valid Government Identification accepted: Drivers License / Proof of Age Card or Passport
- Credit card (credit card used to pay for the items online)
Auto One requires the above items in order to take reasonable steps to prevent instances of fraud, and all personal information will be collected and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
