In Narva's Crimp Terminal Cable Joiner Blue Cable Size 4mm Heat Shrinkable 12 Piece, the internal adhesive of the heatshrink terminals bonds securely to both the terminal and cable. The combination of crimping, heatshrink and adhesive creates a level of strain relief not achievable with standard terminal types. The shrink/adhesive combination also produces a seal that prevents water and dust getting into the back of the terminal.
