JVC KW-M590BT Mechless Multimedia Head Unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and 6.8" Capacitive Touch Screen

The JVC KW-M590BT is based on a mechless design (CD player omitted) to enable installation into most dashboards. This model has a 6.8 inch WSVGA sensitive capacitive LCD touchscreen and is both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto ready (via USB). It also supports USB screen mirroring via JVC's MirrorApp+ for both compatible devices and of course, Bluetooth handsfree functions and audio streaming from your favourite apps.

The KW-M590BT offers a 13 band graphic equaliser and Digital Time Alignment to optimise the output of your speakers relative to the driver. It is ready to accept a compatible accessory rear view camera and has 3 2.5V pre-outs for your amplifier. When a compatible rear view camera is connected, the on-screen display overlays guide lines as an additional reversing aid.

The touchscreen on this model is a step above previous generations in terms of sharpness, richness, clarity and of course, sensitivity. It also offers gesture controls and swiping for common tasks.

The unit's USB port supports up to 2.1 Amps of high current output to suit most modern smartphones.
